The butters and oils used in this formula are not easily absorbed and the idea is to use the eye balm at night and let it do its work on your skin under and around the eyes all night long. It is still visible in the morning. So consider this to be an eye mask therapy every night. It contains precious oils such as Acai, Passionfruit, Macadamia, Moringa and Prickly Pear seed oils among many others.

Emotional/Energetic Qualities of the Eye Balm:

The fruity and earthy aroma of Demeter’s Eye Balm instantly calms and grounds and sets the mood for relaxation at night. The Aroma of this product blends the scents of all ingredients used (butters and oils) as each comes with its own distinct scent being cold-pressed, virgin, and minimally processed.



Some of its precious ingredients:

Ceramide NP: Pure plant Ceramide III, the ultimate epidermal skin barrier
Bakuchiol: Plant-based retinol alternative
Squalane: Reduces puffiness under eyes and keeps the skin well moisturized being an excellent emollient
Myrica and Berry waxes: offer moisture lock qualities and make great substitutes to beeswax


Use: Scrape a pea-size amount of the balm with a clean and dry spatula or your thumb nail and then press it against your index fingers. It will automatically liquefy and you can gently pad it under and around the eye area and on eyebrows and expression wrinkles on the forehead.

NOTE: do not let any water come into the balm as it will go bad. Your hands need to be completely clean and dry before coming in contact with the balm. This balm contains no preservatives.
